Dentons, The Mark, Calea Griviței 84–98, 8th Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest

Overview

Psychological safety, burnout and employee well-being are often discussed as separate HR topics. In reality, they are deeply connected.

A company may have strong policies, well-being initiatives and leadership commitments in place, while employees still hesitate to speak up, challenge decisions, admit mistakes, ask for support or raise concerns about workload.

This DEI Talk Series edition brings together HR and People leaders for a practical, business-focused conversation on what organisations can actually do to build healthier, more psychologically safe and resilient workplaces.

The session will combine:

  • real-world HR and leadership perspectives,
  • practical examples of what works and what does not,
  • concrete tools participants can use inside their own organisations,
  • an interactive discussion around psychological safety, burnout and workplace behaviours,
  • peer exchange and curated networking.
