The EDI Job Fair, the first of its kind in Romania, will be held over three days from September 27 to September 29, 2024, at the National Library of Romania in Bucharest. This event, co-organised with Head Hunting Agency, aims to bridge the gap between inclusive employers and a diverse, talented pool of job seekers. As a key component of the, AccessABILITY EXPO, the job fair is dedicated to creating employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities.
Admission to the EDI Job Fair is FREE. Attendees must pre-register to secure their participation, with registrations closing 24 hours before the event commences.
Objectives
1. Promote Inclusive Hiring Practices: Highlight and encourage companies with effective EDI policies and a commitment to hiring individuals of all abilities.
2. Connect Job Seekers with Employers: Provide a platform for job seekers of all abilities to meet potential employers, learn about job opportunities, and apply for positions.
3. Educational Workshops: Offer workshops and panel discussions to educate both employers and job seekers on best practices in inclusive employment.

Loreda Dragomir is the Managing Partner at Head Hunting Agency, bringing her extensive expertise in executive search, HR consulting, and business development to the forefront. She will be moderating sessions at the EDI Job Fair, where her leadership and industry knowledge will ensure each discussion is both impactful and relevant, providing valuable insights for all participants.
Leonard RIZOIU is an HR Expert & Managing Partner at leoHR, a strong voice in the area of human capital in South and Eastern Europe, with over twenty years of experience in business and management in various industries.
He studied Economics Science Academy and Polytechnics in Romania, Masters of Organisational Communication and Human Capital in Montreal, Canada and a PhD in ASE Bucharest.
Leonard Rizoiu is the definition of a professional with strategic thinking oriented to results; he deeply understands the needs of businesses, building complete and customised solutions for them. A promoter of empathy and humanity in the labour market, Leonard actively contributes to increasing performance in organisations and educating the general public through numerous TV shows and articles in the international economic press.
Leo co-authored books about human behaviour in organisations, digitalisation and more recently, AI (Artificial Intelligence). His PhD thesis is about the impact of AI on jobs and the different strategies and management needed to embrace the change.
Ana Vișian, Marketing Manager at bestjobs.
Ana joined Bestjobs as a Marketing Manager four years ago, with nearly twelve years of experience in marketing and digital marketing. She blends tech, sales, and strategy through digital advertising, data, and growth management. Along her journey, she co-founded Piscina Urbana, a creative venue, and Start la Mate, a digital learning platform for kids.
Ana’s passion lies in using innovative solutions to drive success across industries while keeping things fresh and engaging.
Florin is the Group HR Director at Farmexim / HelpNet / El Pharma, Romania’s leading pharmaceutical wholesaler and pharmacy operator, and part of PHOENIX, Europe’s largest integrated healthcare provider. With over two decades of HR management experience, he has successfully led complex HR transformation projects, process redesigns, and cultural change initiatives across various industries and organizations, both multinational and national.
Florin’s expertise spans across workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, change management, and compensation and benefits.
He consistently exceed objectives in diverse market conditions, and within diverse teams, adeptly managing present needs while planning for the future.
Over the years he effectively re positioned the HR function as a strategic partner, built exceptional teams from the ground up, and harnessed the power of teamwork in cross-functional settings. He holds an ACC certification from Performance Consultants International and an Executive MBA from ASEBUSS & Kennesaw State University.
Costin Tudor is the CEO of the platform group WhereWeWork.com, a leader in employer reviews and the largest community of employees and employers in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Middle East and North Africa.
With a degree in Economic Engineering and an MBA taught in German, he has gained over 13 years of experience in IT & Customer Satisfaction and has chosen the path of entrepreneurship for more than 10 years, developing platforms in 14 countries and across 3 continents.
Building a more inclusive Romania is the motto that attracted Alexandra to join Light into Europe team as the Accessibility Hub Lead. Alexandra is also a PhD student at University of Sibiu, passionate to see more English interpreters and translators with disabilities reaching their professional potential.
As the Accessibility Hub lead, Alexandra is responsible for training people with disabilities, families or professionals working with people disabilities on various accessibility tools, WCAG 2.0 or providing guidance and support on various equipment or materials. To date we have developed the first Museum of the Blind community and education, a sensory garden for the Blind at Regina Elizabeta high school for the Blind Bucharest and organized more than 20 training sessions for schools and companies. Alexandra’s best friend is her new buddy dog Heidi
Stefan is an accessibility consultant within AMAIS – an ONG based in Bucharest, creating socializing contexts for people with and without special needs.
He has a degree in psychology, with a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management.
He also holds accreditations in the area of personal development, career counseling and combined arts therapy.
After a year of working in the field of recruitment, Stefan joined the AMAIS team, where he teaches the use of assistive technology to blind people, as well as supporting in the past workshops such as Personal Development, Career Counseling or Employment. In his free time, he loves to travel, read (especially fantasy), and make new friends.
