Since 2011, she has led Solve & Perform, a women-owned protected unit employing women with disabilities, giving her a distinctive real-world perspective on human difference in organisations. She specialises in leadership transformation and performance, helping executives turn complexity into strategic advantage. Olivia is known for her sharp, non-obvious insights and her ability to challenge leaders to elevate clarity, impact, and results.
