2025 Winners

1. BetFair Development Romania – “Techable” Social Mobility Initiative of the Year (RDCC Member)
Focus: disability, vulnerable adults, often older workers

IT training and employability programme for people with disabilities and vulnerable groups, helping them enter a high-demand sector.

2. Prodlacta Social Mobility Initiative of the Year
Focus: ethnicity (Roma inclusion), rural communities

Long-term development and employment in disadvantaged rural areas, including Roma inclusion and support for local producers.
