The Inspirational Talks Series is a unique event format designed to bring together thought leaders, advocates, and professionals to discuss critical issues related to accessibility and inclusion in the workplace. Taking place on 28th September 2024 at the National Library of Romania in Bucharest, this event will feature four impactful talks:
The Inspirational Talks are accessible for free. Pre-registration is required to attend, with a deadline set 24 hours prior to the event.

12.00 – 13.00: Talk 3: Neurodiversity is Part of All Our Lives
– Overview: As we delve into the benefits and challenges of neurodiversity in the workplace during the discussion, understanding the financial underpinnings becomes crucial. This session will explore strategic budgeting and resource allocation that supports sustainable neurodiversity initiatives.
– Speakers: Nicoleta Orlea & Anca Dumitrescu leading advocates for neurodiversity in employment. Clara Volintiru Director of the Black Sea Trust of the German Marshall Fund (GMF) / Professor Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). Moderated by Andreea Vasile.
