University Politehnica of Bucharest, in co-organisation with the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce(RDCC), is honoured to host the first edition of POLI4Inclusion, an event dedicated to promoting equal access to education and exploring the role of artificial intelligence in building a more inclusive society.
The event brings together the academic community—students and faculty alike—alongside public authorities, civil society organisations, and representatives of the business sector, fostering a strategic dialogue on inclusion as a shared responsibility.
Through keynote sessions, thematic panels, authentic storytelling, and immersive experiences, POLI4Inclusion highlights the role of the inclusive university as a driver of societal change, while emphasising the importance of continuous dialogue and cross-sector partnerships that move inclusion from concept to practical, measurable impact.
POLI4Inclusion reflects the university’s strategic commitment to developing an accessible, digitally enabled, and inclusion-oriented campus. The event aligns with national and European policies on equal opportunities, social inclusion, and responsible digital transformation.
By creating a collaborative space for dialogue between education, research, public authorities, and the private sector, POLI4Inclusion aims to identify concrete, sustainable, and scalable solutions that contribute to building barrier-free educational and professional environments.
Participation is open to members of the academic community and partners of University Politehnica of Bucharest, including:

With the support of our partners, we have created an immersive experience zone where participants are invited to explore—through guided and controlled activities—the challenges faced by persons with disabilities.
Through simulations, sensory exercises, and guided reflection, these experiences foster empathy, awareness, and dialogue, contributing to a deeper understanding of the importance of accessibility and inclusion in building barrier-free educational and professional environments.
With an engaged audience of business leaders, HR professionals, and DEI experts from across Romania, our high-impact events are the ideal opportunity for organisations — from corporate partners and consultancies to legal, tech, and recruitment firms — to connect with decision-makers committed to building a more inclusive economy.
